This was a video assigned to us by an arch 121 course that we had to watch. My opinions about the video are as follows:

Firstly, I want to talk about the message the video wants to give
We shouldn’t look for meaning in music. Stories which are assume to explain meaning of music isn’t accurate, music is just a music. It is something that is formed by the combination of fascinating notes and sounds and gives pleasure to people and in that way people start to relief
Secondly, I Will mention about association between music and art
Music can have different meanings depanding on how it is sung. For instance, even if the same pearson sings the same song using the same musical instruments there is a difference between the first and the second singing and the same feeling can never be given. I liken this to Heraclitus’example: Water changes, ıt doesn’t stay same. The design is similar to this. We can not put them into a mold even though we think we get similar things, each of them is actually different from each of them.
To sum up, neither music nor art have a specific story it is the way people percieve them that creates their story and make them meaningful.
This was a reading assigned to us by an arch 121 course that we had to read. My opinions about the article are as follows:
The way that art is seen and how context, power dynamics, and historical shifts impact this experience are all critically examined in Berger's Ways of Seeing. The article focuses especially on the social and political aspects of art and how these factors influence one's understanding and interpretation of it. It questions conventional notions of art and invites spectators to interact critically with the pictures and artworks in their immediate environment. Through his work, Berger highlights how complex cultural and social forces always shape perception, making it neither impartial nor objective.
